Customers referred by a partner for an eye examination may opt for either an NHS-funded test, subject to eligibility, or a private test, which incurs a testing fee of £60. Referrals must be booked and completed using the designated link or phone number provided by the referring partner. OutsideClinic will conduct quarterly audits to ascertain which referrals result in completed eye tests.
A referral shall be deemed successful once the referred customer has completed the eye test. Should the appointment be cancelled or otherwise not occur, the referral shall be deemed unsuccessful.
No direct incentives shall be extended to referred individuals. Indirect benefits such as enhanced access to healthcare services may be communicated as part of the referral process.
OutsideClinic is committed to the protection of personal information collected during the course of this programme. All such information shall be processed in strict accordance with OutsideClinic’s Privacy Policy, accessible via the OutsideClinic Customer Privacy Policy link.

There is no maximum limit to the number of individuals one can refer, and there is no predetermined termination date for the campaign. Participants are encouraged to engage with the programme as long as it remains active.
Participants are urged to refrain from disseminating information about this programme in a manner that could be construed as spam. All promotional activities must adhere to applicable laws and regulations concerning privacy and electronic communications.
Should abuses or misuses of the referral programme be detected, OutsideClinic reserves the right to take necessary actions, which may include termination of participation.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be adjudicated exclusively in UK courts.
Should a dispute arise during the administration of the programme, both parties commit to their best endeavours to resolve the matter. It is proposed that any unresolved matters should then be escalated to the CEOs of the respective companies. Both companies reserve the right to terminate the partnership if necessary.
